It was a great place to work in the past, since the nCino take over we're just put on backburner, we can't get any approvals for anything, processes are extremely slow, we don't feel cared about, important people leaving are viewed as non-factors.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is about 50k lower than what other companies would pay for the same position in the same town
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually taking care of their employees like they think they do - pay market rates, be more transparent, listen to employee feedback, speed up turn around times by reviewing useless processes (specifically everything with HR)
