The people. The access and encouragement to develop professionally in many ways. Truly living the core values and providing massive value to customers. Emphasis on the employee interest groups and giving back to our communities.

Delivering quality work and interacting with teams across the company. "Do good work with people you enjoy and who will make you better" was advice I received once. Here I get to do that exact thing.

The willingness to work together and help each other. The high caliber of both work product / skill and especially the attitudes and quality of the people. People are hired for their character and developed for their skill. This is evident every day.
