What do you like best about the leadership team?
Manger does not micromanage but is there when help is needed. This trust allows me to get my work done while also focusing on retaining a work-life balance!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical insurance is amazing and rivals some of the best. The fact that they pay towards student loans is also amazing. Thank you for that, it really does help.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people and ability to relax when needed. When stress is reduced it really helps to be able to focus on important tasks at hand. I really appreciate the company investing in the happiness/mental well-being of our employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are so many diversity groups to be a part of. This company sometimes feels like an extension of college -- groups/volunteer opportunities allowing you to pursue interests aside from work. Activities/food trucks all the time and game rooms/lounging areas to hang out in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone pulls their weight and helps each other when needed. Some days you can only give 80%...that's okay because your coworkers will give 100% on those days and have your back. It's not uncommon to make long lasting friendships here because the people are truly amazing!
