Grit, determination and willingness to learn all while putting aside egos. Truly a one-of-a-kind workforce.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Team gets hemorrhaged by internal and external job opportunities constantly, even within the state or city (in regards to external opportunities). Historically, nCino has always underpaid.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I love how leadership is always willing to hear fresh new ideas out. Leadership is not stuck in a "well that's the way it's been, that's how it will stay" mentality. Always looking to improve in every possible way!
