nCino is still very much going through growing pains. They claim to still have the culture they had as a startup while slashing funding for those start up events. While they used to be more flexible about working from home, now they are much more strict about everyone being in person.

They try to have a lot of fun community events though that is getting harder and harder the more we grow and the more we focus on profits and cutting spending.
