The CEO is personable and approachable. The leadership team needs more diversity.

The people are great and the environment is cool but there are areas of improvement.
What are some of the best things about your team?
our team was a good representation of what diversity should look like across the company but that has changed since the RIF and other turnover.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm asked to do a lot and cover a variety of areas but I don't feel well compensated. It is better now but not where it should be and it was less before.
