I continue to be impressed by the level of professionalism here, the tools that are put in place to ensure success, and the strong culture. People here are not overworked, but they work hard. There is no micromanagement, & people are empowered to manage themselves, resulting in high productivity.

Sense of accomplishment. Achieving goals. Working towards a solution and seeing it launch as a valuable component to our customers.

The level of commitment to reach our goals and the way the team swarms to help each other out is beyond anything I've ever seen.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work life balance. We work hard, but when we have things that need to be taken care of on the home front, everyone accepts and works around those unplanned interruptions in someone's day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Even though the company is growing, there is still a strong culture and ways for people to get involved in ways that help to retain a strong sense of community. I don't feel like I'm working in a large corporation.
