They've done a great job handling rapid growth and I'm always impressed by the way they represent us.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
HSA funding. At past companies I either wasn't offered health care or would have had a massive out-of-pocket expense, and it's incredibly helpful to have healthcare costs covered.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This year the company is tackling D&I efforts in a more straightforward, genuine way. In general, the company culture is fast-paced but without losing site of the importance of feeling happy and supported at work.
