The leadership team is truly invested in the individual employees. They are all very relatable and willing to talk/hear from anyone in the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health care benefits are fantastic! The PTO is ample and we are strongly encouraged to use all of our vacation time for relaxation and recovery.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positivity is shared from the CEO to the interns. Everyone wants to build great software and make our customers successful. We are each encouraged to contribute our strengths and build new skills.

Everyone is positive, supportive, and hard working. There is definitely a feeling that we are all working towards the same goal and that makes your colleagues willing to help out with anything you need.
