I have worked extremely hard, sacrificed a lot, gone above and beyond - and it has totally been worth it. I am stronger professionally and personally than I ever imagined I had the potential for.

Very strong management structure which rewards those who bring and deliver upon new ideas.

You never hear "that's not my job". We put the benefit of the tribe over that of our individual responsibilities.

Hard to identify he "most" positive. I would say the focus on "doing the right thing", followed by "Bringing your A-Game"

Team working culture, people always willing to help. Plus - it is just a bunch of cool people that are fun to be around, even when the work itself is difficult.
