Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

The work is hard, and sometimes the hours are long. It's technology so it's always changing and I often feel I'm scrambling to figure things out. BUT everyone works together, people are positive and so smart and easy-going. Wins are shared and people and ideas are supported.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Transparency, accessibility, alignment: messaging is consistent and positive

What makes you most happy at work?

Feeling like we're all rowing in the same direction. Shared values.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Focused, consistent, human. We are able to take risks because we're not afraid to fail.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

no cost, quality health insurance, ability to work with investment resource for free, four weeks vacation.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Fully covered insurance package, lots of PTO options, ability to work directly with financial advisor without cost.

What are some of the best things about your team?

There is a hierarchy in terms of getting things done, but everyone is treated like a peer. People with knowledge and the willingness to share that knowledge are the heroes.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People lift one another up publicly and privately. No one is made to feel less-than regardless of age, years of experience, or competence (although really I've never met more competent people). People walk the culture walk.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I talked with and was interviewed by peers as well as hiring manager and senior level leaders. There was a strong behavioral component: i had to present information as well as answer behavioral interview questions. It was casual but professional.

What makes you most happy at work?

I am always learning, always challenged, and regularly impressed by my colleagues and the product / company we represent. People are NICE. People seem happy, even when we're stretched and stressed. It's the best combination of intense and relaxed I've ever seen.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People are generally very upbeat and forward-thinking. It's a culture that works to find the yes, but not in a creepy, Stepford-wife way. People have hard days for sure but it's not difficult to find someone to make you laugh who understands your situation.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Smart, open-minded, solution-seekers. Generous with their time and encouragement. No one gossips about their colleagues, which I've never seen before in 25+ years of experience. More experienced people go out of their way to help the less experienced. Team oriented but individuals are celebrated.
