Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Working at nCino has been a very positive experience. Things have changed somewhat as we've grown, but the DNA is still very present.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our team is cohesive and cooperative.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Clear vision, concise goals, and my role in both.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Fully covered healthcare and HSA is the best part of the comp package.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is working toward the same goal and innovation is not only welcomed, but encouraged.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The collaboration on not just my team but across all teams is the best I've encountered in my professional career.

What makes you most happy at work?

The people I work with and the company i represent make me happiest about my work. It's a great team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is pulling in the same direction. There's respect and a general desire to help one another succeed regardless of position.

What did you like most about the interview process?

For my role, a presentation to a panel was required. This forces you to prove your ability to think on your feet and adjust when needed.

What makes you most happy at work?

I'm happiest when able to work toward a goal and able leverage my unique skillset for the benefit of the team. nCino allows me to do that.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

In my first month at nCino, I bumped into our CEO at an event. I didn't see him behind me. I turned and he introduced himself and asked how I was liking nCino. He then asked if there's anything I'd like to change. He wanted to know how we could get better and I've seen that every day in my 2+ years.
