I started during COVID and still feel like a contributing member of our team. The company really cares about it's employees and I'm excited to return to the office.

nCino has a great product and most of the people who work there are very smart people. The pay does not meet industry standards and it feels impossible to change that at times. Work life balance used to be a priority but no longer is with the return to the office 5 days a week.

A clear path to promotion with goals charted out on how to get there.

Everyone is striving towards the same goal which makes work seem less like work. We are all in it together.

The healthcare benefits outshine any other company I've ever worked for. It shows how much the company cares about its employees.

They seem to be invested in my career and give clear and guided input into how I can grow with the company.

The culture is very friendly and the office is usually buzzing. Even during the pandemic, people still find a way to connect virtually.

Everyone is very collaborative, and helpful. They all have a very positive attitude and will drop what they're doing to answer a question or help with a project.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work life balance is amazing. Everyone at the company is a team player and has a great attitude towards work. I never feel like I need to track my hours or hide when I have an appointment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was long and difficult, but that speaks to the company and what they are looking for in who they hire. I met with people from all different departments which shows how collaborative the team is.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on industry average I do not get paid enough. I have a high role at nCino so it feels like I am at the top of my margin for pay and will only be receiving small raises at my annual review. It makes me feel like there is no more room for my salary to grow.
