Fantastic. We hit targets, which are higher every year. We hit roadblocks but we overcome them. And we have fun doing this along the way.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a well oiled machine in presales. Both in terms of the structure and how we work with each other is great.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I spoke with several other presales people and with sales leadership, so I got a good breadth of exposure to my future colleagues.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have a clear, direct impact upon our sales successes. I'm not "lost in the weeds" like I would be at a huge company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We empower each other, we provide feedback, we stay in good communication and we always strive to win. We also have fun doing our work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've worked for a tiny software company, a huge software company, a medium one, and now nCino. Easily the most aligned, empowering and successful bunch I've seen is the executive team at nCino.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have the opportunity in my role to have a direct impact in the financial success of my teammates, my company and ultimately our shareholders. In the process, I help setup our customers for success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The communication is clear and regular. All execs seem well aligned across departments. There is plenty of enthusiasm across the board about the company and where we're headed. They really drive the culture that nCino is world famous for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our presales team is second to none. We are hyper collaborative, across the globe. We communicate regularly and have IT tools to help with this (not just emails). We train and stay informed periodically as well. And we have lots of fun with our work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary, bonus and stock incentives are all perfectly fair and sufficient. The 100% paid for medical including fully funding my HSA with the deductible amount, and disability insurance, and 401k with match, are icing on the cake. Easily the best compensation package I've ever received.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that we have 6 core value about our culture, everyone knows them, everyone lives them, and our execs lead by example. It's stressful at times, we're high growth. Lots of competition in this industry. But we stay focused, committed and our culture underpins this.
