Working with my team, teaching folks about new features and functionality, and helping others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that the leadership team looks to the future, anticipates the needs of our customers, and prioritizes helping them. However, they also prioritize our needs as people and seem to genuinely care for those they work with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the growth of my salary journey at nCino, having stock options, and our HSA plans. I feel like I can both prepare for retirement, protect my health, and live a good life with how I'm compensated.

I LOVE our team. I feel like the people I interact with at nCino are intelligent, passionate, good-natured people who genuinely want to make the world a better place. Folks at nCino care about what they produce and each other.
