Being around friendly, intelligent, hard working people that like to joke around is the best work environment I can think of, and that makes me happy.

nCino is one of the rare companies where changes almost always benefit the employees. nCino's leadership team seems to have employees in mind at all times.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
nCino has such a fun culture. I love to hear the stories behind the newest custom Slack emojis. It's a welcoming, inclusive environment full of people that like to work hard and have fun.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the compensation package is stellar health care coverage with a company funded HSA account. Add in 401(k) matching, and occasional stipends for home office upgrades or child care and it's unbeatable!
