I've had a wonderful experience the last 2 years! I've been challenged but always have someone to come back to to ask questions, get feedback and guidance as needed. I think the level of professionalism and what's expected is felt in every meeting and conversation. Love it!

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and willingness to connect with me if I have questions. I genuinely feel that I could approach them with questions to better understanding something and ensure I'm delivering what I need to be doing at the level expected.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I'm empowered to have an opinion and do things without constant micro management. We have appropriate guardrails in place to have checkpoints along the way but I can do my own thing and run with a project or initiative for a while.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In general, the overall vibe is positive and you get the sense that people are very professional, well qualified and have a high bar and expectation level. Other than work, people find it important to connect on a personal level and give back to the community!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are wonderful co-workers and people outside of work! I really feel like they have great attitudes and embody nCino culture values which bleeds into the daily vibe of our team. They represent our brand wonderfully. They're also not afraid to be assertive and ask tough questions.
