The people. Banking software isn't exactly a "sexy" or "cool" project to work on but the people we are working with are simply incredible.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is their attitude. They come to work every day ready to take on challenges no matter how hard. I love being surrounded by hard-working all-stars.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While I love the company, culture, and benefits. I do not feel like they dedicate enough money to promotions and raises. We have experienced extreme growth over the years however, that opportunity for advancement is not necessarily reflected in our annual budget limitations.
