I love that our team strives for greatness but will take the time to slow down and help their peers whenever possible. We're all incredibly busy and the effort to selflessly help others means a lot.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our health insurance is the best I've ever had. This is one thing that could be a major stress, financial strain, and distraction - but with our coverage I feel safe and don't have to worry about unexpected medical needs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe in the vision from our leadership for the company, and I trust in their drive to do the right thing. Our leadership shows trust in employees, encourages change & growth, and truly makes decisions with our well being in mind.
