new challenges and interacting with the people

my direct leader is new so I am not quite sure yet. Seems to be a lot of listening and observing but not a lot of action yet
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like my previous manager listened but didn't act. The positive thing is at least I could speak freely even though action may not have been taken
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get job offers on linked in for my level of expertise at a much higher salary than where I am today. I am loyal to nCino but know I am underpaid compared to my peers at nCino and elsewhere in the markey
