First real "bigboy" job out of college and I feel like I couldn't be luckier

People want to good for others and not just for themselves

They care about me as a person not me as an employee
What makes you most happy at work?
Talking with my coworkers whether it be through an issue, advice, helping with someone else's problem, or just friendly conversation
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel my salary is not competitive in the industry. The benefits/company culture are enough to stay, but I'm not sure that sentiment will scale or last forever
