This has been the best company I've worked for in my 15 year career. The overall leadership team is phenomenal, and the commitment to its employee base is second-to-none. Also, while many tech companies are not extremely diverse, nCino is doing more to attract diverse and minority talent.

Out of my 16 year career, this has been my favorite company to work for. The culture of belonging is rich, and I'm able to make my own way here.

The culture of nCino allows people to be themselves and feel celebrated for it.

What makes me most happy is helping to solve some of the most challenging problems internally and externally.

The best part about the compensation package were the stock awards and the paid health benefits and the health expense card.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership does a good job of communicating the vision of the company to its employees, but also allows its employees to champion causes that are near and dear to them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best things about the team are they are all super smart individuals with a wealth of knowledge that I didn't even know existed. While we take the work serious, we don't take ourselves seriously, so it makes for a real camraderie.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is highly committed to its employees and their success. I have been able to have conversations with my CEO that I've never been able to have with any other one that I've worked for. If they tell you they are committed to something, they show it.
