Pretty meh. Good people. Lots of imposter syndrome. Lots of "big asks" from product without understanding how much work goes into features.
They genuinely care about each and every employee.
Having an interesting problem to solve with a reasonable amount of time to solve it.
Before COVID, nCino regularly celebrated milestones. These celebrations varied in cost, but they always demonstrated that the executive team is very appreciative of everyone who makes up this company.
My team loves to play games in the afternoon on occasion. Everyone is a pleasure to work with. I have no idea how they have hired so many good people.
Hard to attract and retain senior level talent in PDE with our current compensation / benefits package. Need to be more competitive with the industry and not just locally in Wilmington.
The base salary is pretty average, but the additional benefits are excellent. The health insurance premiums are completely covered by nCino, both for you and your entire family, as well contributing heavily to your HSA.
Raises between pay bands are low. Compensation is pretty low compared to industry averages for software engineers. We have been losing a lot of talent in recent months and I have yet to see any PDE management take action on the subject yet. PDE needs to see higher base salaries as well as bonuses.
