Every team member is happy to be on the team and does his/her best to make sure the team is successful.

They are always clear about the company's goals. They care about the employees and are constantly working on making working at nCino fun, rewarding, and at the same time career building.

Everybody is embracing the company's culture and that makes working with the team members a lot more pleasant. I feel like my team is always there to support and help each other while building some amazing features.
