Mostly very good. But I am concerned because there are a few bad apples that have made times at work very difficult, even miserable. Also, pay is becoming an increasing issue as they will ask you to do the responsibilities of a job that you are not getting paid to do.

They are mostly down to earth and approachable

Genuine collaboration by hard working employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that my ideas are generally valued and listened to. Most of my coworkers are very good which makes it fun to face the tough technical challenges of building a product/feature.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid less for equal work. I'd feel better if I was paid comparably to my peers/market value. Promotions from within the team receive significantly less pay than internal transfers, new hires into the role, despite having comparable skillsets, experience, etc. This is how you lose good employees
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Overall, I like most of my coworkers. However a few of them are so bad that it taints the whole team. I need my coworkers to actually put effort into their jobs so that others don't have to pick up the slack. It is shocking to me that nCino has continued to let a lot of this incompetence continue.
