Please pay employees more. We can't coast on culture alone. All companies have a great culture these days. It's time to step up and pay people what they deserve and not what a third party financial advisor suggests based on skewed market data.

People are celebrated for showing up as is. No expectations for employees to conform to any standards beyond being a good person.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I barely make enough and I'd say the majority of PDE employees are grossly underpaid. We will continue to miss out and lose existing talent to higher paying jobs. This has baffled me for some time now. We make a ton of money- act like it. Pay the employees what they honestly deserve.
