This is by far the smartest and most talented group of people I have ever worked with. Everyone has such a great attitude. There is nothing this team cannot conquer.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is not as much as I would make in the surrounding metro areas. But I feel the happiness I experience working at such a great company makes up for the pay difference.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely care about creating and maintaining a great culture, even when it is difficult. I trust that they will always do the right thing by the employees because they keep proving that's what they do.
