Brightest folks around, down to earth, extremally helping, never to busy to lending a helping hand.

The people, colloboration,talent level and the fun work environment. The parties and yearly kickoff are amazing.

All of it! Medical,401K,little perks,company outings and the future ability to invest in nCino shares as an employee purhcase plan.

Health care cost, PTO days, flexibility with work schedule when needed and pay. Employee stock purchase plan is nice as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
nCino is super special place. It's hard to point your finger to one thing. But the colloboration, clear mission/vision and laser focused alignment accross the orginazation from exec to individual contributors is better than I have seen at any other company I've been aprt of.

Our value are simple and easy to apply to the everyday work place. Our employee's look out after each other and are involved in lots of community activities to improve our city. We have a winning and growth mindset that is infectious and drives everyone to be the best they can be.
