It started off good and could feel the support regularly from peers and management. The feeling of support and receptiveness from leadership, however, has dwindled.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The rate seems reasonable for the region.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They're collaborative, inclusive, and supportive

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The collaborative nature with your teammates, and the support from your peers

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

How supportive team members can be. If you need help or insight people are ready and willing to help break things down.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

nCino offers full health coverage, nothing out of your paycheck, which is great. They also offer HSA funding to essentially help cover your deductible costs.

What are some of the best things about your team?

It's an inclusive and collaborative environment. Our team holds each other responsible and helps push the best out of each other. There's hardly drama within teams and if there is, it is quickly addressed.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Unclear expectations for how managers should be helping handle remote and hybrid expectations between now and Oct. We're asked to push employees to move here while also stating they can't expense their travel, in the meantime, which seems unfair when senior leadership is able to expense.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listen to the feedback from the employees building the product they sell. There is a lot of turnover happening right now that seems to be ignored all for the sake of "keeping in-person culture." They seem to have a blocker of the reality of the market right now.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Need to see more receptiveness to feedback from those that build the product. Especially with the high turnover, people are discussing they're leaving for comp and remote and it feels unheard after voicing to HR and finance. It feels like the bottom line is more important than retention.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are large expectations on employees and given heavy workloads for one person to take on. Then when small things are not accomplished, it feels like it is held against me, regardless of less direction or too much work. Current market rates need to be considered, in regards to comp.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There is a recent concern about their response to public health that has yet to happen. The expectation is still to roll on with coming back in person, pressuring employees to join larger meetings before a new facility is even complete for us to safely join, all while no mention of the delta variant
