Compensation is still lower than industry average and it would be good to know how it compares to others in the same role across different geographies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are relatable and invested in the company and our goals. They communicate very well on our current performance as well as the roadmap our company and product is on.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a culturally diverse team, that speak several different languages. We are all supportive of each other and never hesitate in helping out or working on something when needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
The product we work with and try to sell is great and the challenges we have of expanding into new markets and new customers is exciting and motivates me every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people at the company are the best part of the culture. nCino does a very good job in hiring good people that are a good fit with the company's culture. It is very hard to find people that are disagreeable or difficult to work with.
