Finding better and more efficient ways to do things. Creating efficient processes. Doing more with less.

I don't have to hide any major parts of my personality. I don't have to be overly aggressive in a dog-eat-dog way to succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took a massive pay cut to work here, so I have to truthfully say I am undervalued paywise, but the benefits are super. I wouldn't go back for double my current pay.
