What is the best part about your compensation package?
That my entire family is covered (insurance) and zero premium comes out of my check.

They are human and are super approachable. They tackle difficult issues head on and are transparent about it.

Getting to talk to my coworkers and figuring out next steps to solve problems in an efficient manner.

I'm better at my job because of my coworkers. Feedback and communication is huge and that alone makes us a great team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How people are understanding in all kinds of different situations. Rather than applying opinion when hearing feedback/situations/scenarios, most people I've worked with first try to understand and empathize without judgment.
