I have loved nCino since day 1. I've have never felt more welcomed at work and look forward to going to work every day. Even during the challenging parts, we still make it fun. We play hard, but we work hard too.

I feel valued as an employee and feel like a person and not just an 'employee'.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is open and honest with us and i feel like i could ask any of them any question at any time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation package is incredible! I could not afford insurance for my family if it weren't for what nCino offers as part of my compensation package.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is always willing to go above and beyond to help any way they can. I never feel like i'm bothering anyone by asking questions.
