When I get to see my team grow and work hard and they realize the impact they are making, and all the hard sweat they put in each and every day is for the greater good. When my employees are strong, resilient and confident, that is when i am the happiest.

They are ambitious and go-getters and they are brilliantly brilliant. Like a sea of brilliance. They are funny and real people and laugh even when times are tough and not fun. They are challenge each other, they show up strong everyday, and they just purely care about each other and our customers.
