My overall experience here is very positive. We've seen amazing growth and acquired a lot of awesome, diverse talent along the way. COVID was almost a seamless transition due to the technology deployed throughout the company.

nCino is known for their culture. It is why I wanted a job here. Everyone is respected and taken seriously.
What are some of the best things about your team?
During COVID, having meetings with my coworkers puts me in a better mood. I enjoy catching up with everyone and look forward to solving our problems with unique challenges.
What makes you most happy at work?
I've been able to accomplish so much at nCino. My professional development has been through the roof. It is hard to believe I learned so much while also working for such a fun company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed meeting the team and understanding what they were looking for in the role I was applying for. Interviewing should be a conversation about what each party is expecting from the other and that is exactly what it felt like.
