Some of the best things about my team is that close-knit circle we maintain. It's a safe space to work and have fun.

The employee options are definitely a great way to promote dedication to the company from an employee standpoint. If the company wins, we all win!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that during a pandemic, nCino made it a priority to communicate that all 1000+ of it's employees had job security and that we would all come out of this on the other side together and better!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The nCino leadership team instills a huge sense of trust in their team. Personally, I've never been a part of a culture where leadership isn't always peeking over your shoulder to ensure your work is done on time. It's a super comfortable work environment and there is so much support provided!
