Honestly for me I really enjoyed putting together my presentation and show the management team what I could do.

We all like to have fun and it shows. We are not afraid to be ourselves and we welcome it.

We come together to resolve issues. The mentally of looking out for number 1 does not exist here. You're never criticized for asking questions.

The leadership at nCino genuinely care about their employees both on a personal and career level. They practice what they preach, it is not lip service.
