Easy to communicate with, flexible, and always willing to help
What makes you most happy at work?
Working remotely, while still being able to interact with the team and contribute has been absolutely incredible
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying employees a competitive wage - CULTURE will come after that, as good people will stay. 7% layoffs yet 0 talk of shaving some stock amounts or salaries from Upper Exec, when they're probably the only ones in the company that are overpaid? Feels very hypocritical of upper management.
