I feel the upper mgmt. occasionally seems disconnected from the SLC office, however local leadership is excellent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Tight knit group, but has been very open to newcomers and makes an effort to try and connect and have fun outside of work in a virtual manner.
