My team is small but mighty. Everyone is always willing to answer questions and pitch in so that things get done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not only are they knowledgeable in their expert fields, but they are also very personable. You can feel they care about their individual employees' growth.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Besides the substantial amount of vacation days we are given each year, I think it's amazing that nCino completely pays for our deductible through HSA funds.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I find it refreshing how diverse our work culture is and how many women are on the marketing team. I've felt discriminated against at past employment, but feel complete acceptance at nCino.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy at work when I get to contribute and provide value. I love being able to own a project and track its ROI to see how my work benefitted the company.
