We do not pay for healthcare, which is a huge plus.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
While there is a hierarchy, generally, the organization is relatively flat. In an analyst position, I am legitimately considered the expert, meaning my opinion is both expected and valued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has great unity and actually cares about me both personally and professionally. We spend roughly half of our daily team call catching up personally before we get into business.
What makes you most happy at work?
My manager likes to say we are working on stuff that is the "tip of the spear", and it really is. I get excited about the new challenges we are trying to solve as we grow as a company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Just the overall welcoming nature. My family and I picked up our lives and moved to Wilmington. From the interview process to now, I can't tell you how many offers to help I have received. We are really a community.
