Overall experience here is incredible. The people are absolutely awesome, the clients that we work with are absolutely awesome. The cases that we have to figure out and resolve are challenging, but fun and exciting and the energy around the success of the company and meeting our goals is amazing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the insurance is great, the amount of time off they give you to juggle work and personal life is great, they're understanding of each person's circumstances and the pay is great as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is always on the same page as far as what they want to accomplish and they involve everyone in helping to accomplish that goal. They value each individual's skills and talents and when you put everyone together, we make an incredible team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The energy. Everyone you talk to is excited to be there and make a difference in the banking industry with the software we provide. Their are always new challenging cases and nobody is scared of that, everyone runs to it and embraces the challenge and everyone is always happy and cheerful.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me the most happy is that there is never a routine that you're following at work. Each day is different with new cases and new issues to find solutions for which makes every day a new adventure and also, the people are just amazing and it's fun to interact with my team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a fairly small team with about 10 of us which is great because it allows us to get to know each other at a more personal level. Everyone is willing to dig in and help when it's busy or tough and at the same time, they're willing to joke and laugh and brighten the day.
