Everyone that I have interacted with is very approachable and genuinely cares about my needs both as an employee and as a person.

My team is the best part of work. They make work fun and even when everything is going wrong and we have to put in long hours, they make it enjoyable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is like a big family. We work hard, we have fun at work and we care about the person, not just the co-worker. I feel like I am making lifelong connections right now.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that they pay for our medical insurance premiums and provide an HSA to cover the full deductible of our medical insurance plan. Based on my experience and discussions with others they provide amazing benefits that are hard to get at any other company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Often interviews are very uptight and overly formal, which can cause a lot of anxiety. My interview here was like a conversation with a friend. I was able to be myself and really demonstrate who I am and what I can bring to the table.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We know how to have a good time, yet we also know how to work hard. On top of that, everyone cares for each other and we help each other out. If someone is a little overwhelmed, everyone else will jump in to help out, whether that be with work or in our personal lives.
