They are open and transparent about decisions, big and small! They always explain the Why behind choices and decisions, which to me is really important. It shows they respect us as employees!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We follow our #livethesix values which really helps keep a positive culture at the core of our work! We celebrate each other's wins and there is truly a feeling of team comradery.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all feel like we've been working together for years, even though the team I'm on has a lot of new people. The way new hires are onboarded sets them up for success and longevity!
