They're very communicative about what is going on with the company and the direction we are headed in.

nCino pays for our benefits (including dependents!) which is an awesome perk! They also are very generous with their HSA employer contribution.

nCino offers assistance with paying your student loans. This is a perk I've never heard of having in the workplace and is such a great one to have!

I'm new to the organization but have been learning more and more each day as well as able to showcase the skills and experiences that I bring to nCino.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel valued as a full person, not just an employee. My leadership team is also interested in developing me by providing opportunities for stretch assignments as well as different training opportunities.
