I love that our company focuses on growth experiences and provides employees the space to make mistakes and then learn from them.

I love that we know how to have fun and are also very dependable, willing to go above and beyond for each other

I love that my team genuinely likes each other and we make an effort to get to know each other a personal level.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that the leadership team asks for feedback and appears to actually take the the feedback into consideration when making decisions! I feel like they view employees as people and not numbers.

I really appreciate that the nCino leadership makes decisions with a "people first" approach. For example, they provide flexibility for working from home vs. in office and trust us to make decisions that make sense for our particular circumstance.
