They put life first. Through the pandemic they've prioritised the mental, physical and emotional health of employees. The leadership has worked because employees continue to give their best even without direct supervision.
What makes you most happy at work?
Freedom to build things the right way. There are deadlines, but long and loose enough to explore better ways of producing solutions, rather than pushing products out the door as fast as possible. I like that what I make benefits both public customers and our internal teams.
