This is the first BIG company I've worked for and I had my doubts whether it'll be a positive experience due to politics and/or hierarchy. But since I started here, I felt I belong here and I can excel alongside the company. It excites me to come in to work more and more everyday.

They are very open with new ideas and very transparent with everyone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the current job market in my role, I believe I earn a similar base salary as what the current market offers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very engaging and not afraid to get their hands dirty. I really appreciate I can just turn around or slack anyone without hesitation if I get stuck or have questions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company supports mental health quite hard which I really appreciate. Also, my team encourage challenges to keep us on our toes and not get bored when projects are just about to come in.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my colleagues in person and having good banter with them. Covid really took that away from everyone and just having 1-2 days in the office to see them in person makes a huge difference.
