Changing peoples lives by helping make the interview/career transition seamless and enjoyable. I also enjoy helping our hiring managers build teams of talented and awesome people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we take our work seriously but we don't take ourselves too seriously and can have fun while we work. Everyone knows they have a job to do and we're treated like adults and not micro-managed on getting tasks complete.
