Objectives wildly swing, amount of work expected to be completed simultaneously in short windows is difficult to do well. Exec team knows what they want and isn't clear in expectations resulting in many iterations to get to the solution they want. Just be clear and it will save time.

Listen to employees. Merits were a joke and not even a little bit to account for inflation. Employee appreciation with things employees actually need and eventually want. Everyone is way underpaid and there's no movement to rectify it.

The best part is the life insurance but could the managemnet please ensure that the dependents' coverage matches the employee's coverage? Also, could the management please increase the KPI bonuses due to inflation. Thanks
